We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return coffee products if I don't like the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or the product is damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can sign up for a Better Buzz subscription on any product page. Choose your delivery frequency and save 15% on every order. You can pause or cancel at any time.
