At Better Buzz Coffee, we want you to love every sip and every piece of gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused and in its original packaging; please note that due to food safety regulations, roasted coffee beans cannot be returned once opened.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack your items and include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation email to ensure your return is processed quickly.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send your package back to our roasting facility; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
